OUTER CAPE PORTRAIT / Third Generation
KEEPER
Every half hour, time stops in the middle of a Cape Cod village. Its drawbridge opens, and the road rises at a fierce angle touching the sky. Their paths interrupted, people in Woods Hole wait and must choose how to spend a few minutes until the bridge closes and they can move around once more.
KEEPER is a meditation on pausing: allowing events as they unfold and appreciating found moments in a place called home. Co-directed by Marnie Crawford Samuelson & Shane Hofeldt with an original score by Kyle Oppenheimer.
In 2018 KEEPER screened at Provincetown International Film Festival, Woods Hole Film Festival (runner up audience award, short docs) and Boston's Globe Docs.
